Delivery and package charges are &#163;2 dearer than the actual prices on the order form. Order form prices are subsidized (as a bonus) on items presumably kept. Returned shoes have an extra &#163;2 deducted from the refund. Eg: A shoe costs &#163;59.99, you pay &#163;61.99. Refund received &#163;57.99. Exchanges: The 1st exchange requires only a &#163;2 extra postal fee.&lt;br /&gt;
Subsequent exchanges require the full &#163;4 fee. &lt;br /&gt;
Delivery: Most goods are normally with you the next day after we receive payment. We now use Initial City Link and goods need signing for. If goods are not received when promised please contact us. At an extra cost goods can be sent to reach you at specific times. Please ask us for details.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Returns: Prompt refunds are given on shoes returned within 8 working days of receipt (99% of customers find this easy). We recommend you use Recorded or Special delivery. If items are posted in time by these methods and arrive late, you will still be entitled to a refund, with a proof of postage receipt. No other reason for late delivery is acceptable.&lt;br /&gt;
Late shoes cost us money. We will exchange or issue a credit note for late returns. Shoes must be returned in perfect condition, wrapped in tissue with heels pointing away from the uppers. Do not try them for long periods of time as this causes creasing. Only try them on carpeted areas. One step on any other area damages the sole. Package them as sent.&lt;br /&gt;
Replace the band around the box and reverse the outer postal bag. &lt;br /&gt;
Faulty returns: Please ring us before returning any faulty shoes. We are pleased to say that we get very few faulty shoes. Minor faults have to be repaired at our cost. Refunds or exchanges are given on more serious problems. Shoes that go faulty after considerable wear or time will only receive a part credit. Eg. if you purchase a pair of shoes for &#163;60 and&lt;br /&gt;
wear them for half their expected life before going faulty, then you will receive a refund or credit of 60% (&#163;36) of the purchase price. We believe this is fair play. We understand the frustration of having to pay  postage to return a faulty pair of shoes. We pay twice, to import the shoes and then to post them to you. We cannot claim this back. We would love to be able to refund your postage but I am afraid we simply cannot afford to. However we do send replacements post free.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Helpful tips for new customers: Most new customers tell us a different size from the one they are wearing. Please look in your shoes and copy the size from them.
