Successful Mail Order for shoes doesn’t just happen!

When shoes are made abroad they are sized by that countries measurement system. The company purchasing the goods then translates the size into an English size. These translations can be different from shop to shop.

On top of this some manufacturers shoes fit smaller or larger than other manufacturers. Certainly one size can be consistently better than most others, but everyone should take some varying sizes. Thus, we ask you to let us know a little about the shoes you normally purchase.

• What makes are they?
• What size is actually printed inside or on the sole of the shoe?
• Where did you buy them?
• Have the shoes fit you well?

From these questions we can usually translate the size you have been purchasing into the correct size in our shoes. Please find below a size conversion chart.

Shoes can be sent abroad.Payment to be made by credit card in Sterling.

Europe Costs are fractionally above inland prices.

USA Unfortunately, due to the high cost of sending shoes here, and the length of time that it takes we cannot offer a mail order service to the USA.

Australia One pair approx £10. Ankle boots, trainers, platforms approx £13.

Foot Diagrams

If you cannot supply the information above, then the next best thing is to send us some simple foot diagrams. Whilst seated ask someone else to draw around your feet with a fine pen. The only awkward area is around the back of the heel, be careful that we can see the correct line here. We will then cut out and measure the foot diagrams to establish your fit.
